General Overview
Far from the noise specific to the large cities, the Camping International Tourist Complex is situated at the margin of the Pădurea Verde forest, in the North- eastern part of the city of Timisoara, on the right side of the Bega Channel.
It can be easily reached by any tourist through national road E70 (Timisoara- Lugoj- Bucharest) only to a 3 km distance from the centre of the city, at the entry to Timisoara.
The restaurant within the unit disposes of a restaurant saloon with air conditioning and 30 seats, cafe- bar with 50 places and a covered terrace with 80 places, giving the opportunity to enjoy the fresh air of the forest together with the extraordinary services of gastronomic art. Through the provided places for accommodation, Camping International proves to be a trustworthy partner for tourists and for the tourism agencies providing an oasis of silence contrary to the loud crowdedness of the city.
Thus, our establishment puts at the disposal of the tourists:
3 apartments provided with bathroom, central heating, TV.
37 camping houses, renovated and equipped with own bathroom, central heating, TV, having a total of 90 places of accommodation.
The cars may be parked in the front with a capacity for 50 parking places.
We also provide camping-specific services:
Grass field with an area of about 5000 m2 equipped with electrical outlets for tents and trailers
17 parcels specially arranged, provided with all the facilities: electrical outlets, tap water, illumination, arrangement for preparing and serving dishes, two sanitary groups equipped with showers and hot and cold tap water.
Our unit provides ideal conditions for tourist groups who cross the city offering the possibility of a longer or shorter stay having at their disposal the services of the restaurant for eating, the sanitary groups for showers and the opportunity to benefit from the relaxing atmosphere of the forest.
