BÉLAFALVA

The northern neighbour of Kézdiszentkereszt is Bélafalva. The Gothic entrances of the church consecrated to Szent Antal imply the fact that the church was constructed in the Middle Ages. The separate bell tower was made in 1802.

The most cherished memory of the settlement is chronicler Orbán Lázár (1905--2007)`s barn museum, in which different tools and objects used by his family and local people are exhibited. The great son of the village was Tuzson János (1825--1904), Mayor in the Revolution in 1848-49, hero of the battle fought in Nyergestető.
